Overview
From 2021 to 2025, I successfully organized and managed 80+ AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) provider courses under Kaul Skills Lab, in collaboration with the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC). These internationally accredited courses, certified by the American Heart Association (AHA), equipped over 500+0 healthcare professionals with critical lifesaving skills.
🚧 Challenges Faced
- Tight Scheduling & Coordination
Managing the calendars of instructors, facilities, and trainees. - Compliance with AHA Protocols
Ensuring adherence to AHA guidelines for every session—documentation, instructor-to-student ratios, and assessment standards. - Last-Minute Logistics Issues
Changes in venues, staff availability, and participant attendance required agile problem-solving and quick adaptations.
🛠️ My Role & Contributions
- Training Calendar Management
Oversaw the annual BLS training schedule, ensuring alignment with institutional timelines and availability of instructors. - Venue & Logistics Management
Coordinated logistics for each course—from booking venues to arranging manikins, AED setups, refreshments, and on-ground support. - Participant Management
Managed online registrations, confirmations, attendance, and post-training certification processes. - Marketing & Communication
Created and executed targeted promotional campaigns on social media and through institutional outreach, increasing enrollment. - Promotional Design
Personally designed course flyers, social posts, email banners, and other communication assets using Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Coordination with AFIC
Ensured smooth coordination with AFIC, while maintaining all AHA certification and reporting standards.
